Program Help

Many of the exercises in the programs will have regression that you can do instead of the primary exercise.
Also, ensure that you do not move onto a more advanced level before confirming that you meet each level’s checkpoint criteria.
Yes… BUT it all depends on your goals.
If you are doing bodyweight beginner, then this is a great all rounder program for absolute beginners.
It will improved your pull ups, dips and push ups, and so it wouldn’t make sense to combine this with, say, the ‘Couch To Pull Up’ program.
But if you solely wanted to learn to pull up and you wanted to learn to handstand, then ‘Couch To Pull Up’ and ‘Learn to Handstand’ could be great to throw together
Just be sure that you are allowing enough time to recover
On the landing page of each program we share the recommended number of days to train each week. Ideally you'll be able to train each level's training week three times.
So for example Bodyweight beginner Level 1 week 1 could be done on a Mon, Weds and Fri of that week, but if you are able to slot in another session then great - just be sure to recover well, especially if you have other sports / activities you work on the side.

Annoyingly, the system we built this website on doesn’t let us amend membership types yet.
The only way to get around this is to cancel your membership and then re-sign up to the membership of your choosing.

Unfortunately if the 14 days has passed, we wil be unable to process a refund and if you would still like to to leave I would suggest cancelling your subscription.
While you can cancel anytime, you’re unable to pause. If you are cancelling and want to resume at a later date the subscription cost may have increased.
